Greenville Industrial Rubber & Gasket is proud to announce that we are officially an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We began the rigorous process to certify our quality management system (QMS) on August 24, 2020, and we officially completed the certification on August 25, 2021. This important certification represents a significant achievement for our organization, which further serves to advance our primary goal of consistently exceeding our customer's needs and expectations. Our customer-focused approach, combined with our solid industry knowledge and experience, has given us the ability to compete effectively across nearly five decades. This certification provides us with a structured framework to continually improve our processes and ensure we are consistently meeting our own high internal standards. We express our deep appreciation to all GIRG employees for their hard work and dedication throughout this process, as well as to our QMS consultant, Carol Robinson from Pillar Management Associates, and our certification body representative, Melissa McMahon from ABS-QE. A special thanks is also due to Chris Rauch from SCMEP, who secured grant funding for this initiative, which allowed us to achieve certification at a fraction of what it might have cost if undertaken independently. As the third generation to operate this business, I feel incredibly blessed to have numerous individuals who have contributed to equipping us with the necessary tools to grow and sustain our business for many years to come. This is truly just the beginning of our journey toward excellence!
